Float & set

Single float and set socket bead

A single-gang bead for deeper two-coat plaster finishes and solid-wall work.

Unlike the skim bead, the float and set version carries its regulating edge at the rear. That makes it suitable for thicker finishes over blockwork or brickwork, including sand and cement, lime, bonding and hardwall systems.

  3. 3

Build the backing coat to the regulating edge and complete the finish coat.
